3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal across all payment methods is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.4 Transaction Verification

In the interest of security, we reserve the right to verify any transaction. Additional documents may be requested for unusual transactions. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at vn888 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or, on a deposit of ৳10,000, you receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are completed.
  • Some games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering — see the detailed terms of each bonus offer.
  • The validity period for using a bonus will be stated separately in each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vn888 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using bonus hedging strategies, or fraudulently exploiting bonuses is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on vn888 are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to every player:

  • Read the specific rules of each game before playing.
  • If a game result is rendered invalid due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities
